come to your knees begin circulating the
shoulders
opposite direction
feeling the clicks intakes

in a circular motion
take a left hand straight out to your
left side drawing the fingertips down
towards the mat on an inhale draw the
fingertips up towards the sky exhale

exhale down inhale up exhale plant the
left hand on the mat right hand reaching
overhead for a side stretch
inhale hands overhead exhale take your
twist left hand on your right knee right
hand and back sitting nice and tall
inhale the center right hand reaches out
towards the right side drying the
fingertips down towards the mat inhale
up exhale down inhale up exhale down
inhale up exhale right hand to the mat
left hand reaching overhead for a side
stretch
inhale hands overhead exhale take your
twist towards the left
release back to Center
hence your knees exhaling rounding the
spine for cat pose inhale chest forward
gaze up for seated cow exhale round

inhale come to table left leg
straightens tucking the left toes
pressing into the left heel
opening up to your left right foot opens
up to the right side of the mat left
hand reaches up overhead for a gate pose
variation getting into the side body
here reaching through the left
fingertips
release left hand to the mat
right hand reaches forward and the left
foot reaches back for five four
three two one release right leg
straightens tucking the toes pressing
into that heel
begin opening up to the right left foot
to the left side of the mat inhale right
hand reaches up and over getting that
nice side body stretch with our gate
pose variation
release the right hand to the mat left
hand reaches forward right foot reaches
back for five four three two one release
send the hips down for Child’s Pose
hands reaching forward drawing the
breath into the belly expanding the
belly lower back there inhales exhale
softening the shoulders the upper back
the neck
next inhale tuck the toes sending the
hips up for down dog
feel free to bend the knees here
next inhale left leg reaches up exhale
step it to the top of the mat for low
lunge inhale Hance your knees or
reaching up overhead
on your exhale down dog
inhale right leg reaches up exhale to
low lunge on an inhale take the hands to
the knees or reaching up overhead
exhale down dog
inhale step to the top of the mat half
lift
exhale bend the knees fold forward let
the head be heavy here on an inhale
right leg straightens left hand reaches
up for a standing twist
exhale release inhale left leg
straightens right hand reaches up
exhale release into your fold on an
inhale half-lift exhale fold inhale the
standing hands coming up overhead exhale
