I’m ready to go to Amsterdam, I saw on the website from the “moderen Hippies” some hotspots in Amsterdam East. So I’m going to find out if the hotspots they told me are worth it.
So I’m now on a terrace from Louie Louie. And we did already a part of the route. And I’m enjoying a chai latte and Marinka got some tea and we share a carrot cake.

I have a channel together with Lotte, we are Whatever.art. And we are posting every week a video about art but also some DIY or specials. We went one time to the Bïennale of Venice.
We went to “we are vintage” That’s a vintage shop. But most of the time when it is vintage in Amsterdam. The prices are so High. But this time it was not that bad. It was not that low as vintage for a Kilo but payable.
And we went to “Hartje Oost” That is a shop with sustainable clothes. And I will definitely go there an other time as well since they had really nice clothes there. And now I’m enjoying a chai latte on the terrace.
I’m in front of the “Neckerman” and I just bought a selfiestick. But we think it is a bit scary because we are afraid that the camera will fall down. But I’ve got a selfiestick so now I can vlog better (I hope)
I’m at “SLA” with Marinka it is one of my favorite places. I’ve got the vegan power boll.
It is such a nice place, you should go to!
So this is a book with paintings from “Het rijks museum” They zoomed in at some parts of the paintings and explain you things about the painting. Th book is very expensive and special and that’s why you need gloves to touch it.
I wanted to say that I was relaxing in the sun and then the sun disappears. But it was such a nice day in Amsterdam East. There where a lot of shops. and I really liked it.
There are a lot of sustainable shops and vintage shops and I had such a nice lunch at SLA. So I really recommend the route.
The only bad part was that there where two shops closed, because it is Monday. But I recommend to go on Tuesday until Saturday then you know that all the shops are open.
I have a moment of proud. I fill in what I eat the whole day in an app. Because I want to know if I get enough nutrition. And for the first time I achieve my protein goal.
I ate a vegan curry with tofu, tomato, spinace, pepper and noodles and the recipe is from “de groene meisjes”
I’m ready to go to the gym I put some almond milk in a cup and I will put a shake from Herball life in it. And they say it is better to use this so I want to know if I can feel the different.
I’m back from my workout and ready to sleep
Good morning it is Tuesday. Yesterday I was free and today I have to work. But I thought maybe you like to see what is in my sport bag.
Because I want to do a workout after my work. And I always carry a lot with me. But I will show you what’s in my bag.
So I have two towels with me, one sport towel and one to shower. And I bring my clothes of course and some lotion and make-up remover because I don’t workout with make-up on.
So remember girls always remove your make-up You don’t have to look pretty in the gym!
So then I’ve got all my food here. My breakfast, snack, lunch and dinner. And my shake. Yesterday there where a lot of pieces in my shake and it was not so nice. So I hope its going better today.
So In my bag are my shoes, douchegel and skipping rope and of course a bottle of water because I have to drink water during my workout. And my phone where I have my workout on.
I show you my small garden because there are some plants coming. I just started with everything but there is already something happening.
I’m now in my bed and it was such a nice day. I just went to the “kabouterbos” and it was so much fun! All the kids wear a head and they had a knapsack. So I recommend to do this with your children.
And after work I did my workout and drank the shake for the second time but I really don’t like it. It taste really chemical. I don’t get payed to test this so thats maybe a good thing because then I can say: I don’t like it.
Good morning it is Wednesday and 6.55 AM and I’m ready to go to my job now!
So I’m back home from my work and the gym. I went to “Het grifpark” with the children. I could recommend that park as well it is in Utrecht.
It is a park with a swimming pool and the kids can play there. And outside the play garden there is a field as well were you can party with you friends and enjoy the sun. So it is really nice.
Before I’m going to do the things I have to do, I thought lets talk about herball life. Because I have a try out package for 6 days. And I drink them instead of my smoothie, because they said there are more nutrition inside this shake.
I thought I would be very exited, but I’m not. I mix them only with water because there are so many other things inside the shake that I don’t need fruit and stuff
The taste is really chemical. I really don’t like it. And it doesn’t mix very well so you’ve got little pieces of the shake and when you taste it it’s like you put sugar on your tong. I think they add sugar as well.
There is sugar inside and a lot of other stuff. And the bad thing is that it is so expensive. You pay 45 euro for one pot and you will get 21 shakes out of it. So that means you have to buy a pot every three weeks.
In the package I’ve got there were also some pills to lose weight. But please guys don’t use pills to lose weight. Just eat healthy and do a workout. Go cycling or walking. But using pills to lose weight is not healthy
Hi guys, it’s Thurday, I’m a bit in a hurry, but I want to share with you that I quit using these shakes because my belly looks fatter then it was before, so i’m a bit upset, because I was so proud of my body and now it is gone. So I quit using this and go to my normal lifestyle again.
It is 8pm and I just did a workout, I’m going to a birthday after this but first eat my dinner, with lentil and stuff. I’m tired but proud!
I’m just back home from the birthday and I’ve got weird hair. Because I didn’t took my brush to the gym so that’s why i’ve got crazy hair. But the birthday was nice.
Good morning it is Friday and around 8 am. I’m a long time awake now but still looking sleepy because it was really late yesterday.
I’m going to make a shoppinglist and then in the afternoon I’m going to the birthday of my grandma. But first I’m going to have breakfast and I’m making my week planner. I will show you how I will do that.
So I show you this one as a example. This is from last week. I ate a muffin as breakfast, a bar from “N’aked” as a snack. My lunch was a sandwich with humus. My shake was the herbal shake and I had different types of dinner.
The first thing i do is writing down on which days I ate with other people or other places. And then I use my laptop and cookbooks to search for nice recipes and write that down.
So I made my planning, and now I go running with my sister and then to the supermarket to get my after workout snack.
I see that it’s just 12 o’clock and I’m already hungry. But I think it is because I cycled and run today so I used already a lot of calories.
So my lunch is a salad from the AH, it is not a really healthy one but it is vegan.
O dear I did to much today, well not that much but I was so busy with everything that I forgot the time and I had a appointment with my sister in 5 minutes.
So I’m at home on the couch with Miranda, but she doesn’t want to be in the vlog. But maybe tomorrow she wants it. But we are going to celebrate that we are friends for 20 years now!
So it is time to go to sleep. And tomorrow we are going to do fun things together, So I hope I can film a bit. But I say good night see you tomorrow.
I Just shared a bed with Miranda, which was strange not sleeping alone. But it was okay. I did some Yoga already and now I’m going to show you what we have for breakfast.

I’m now on the moor together with Miranda, and we just cycled for a while but now I’m going to show you what we are going to eat.
I’ve got a really nice salad with tomatoes, arugula, mango, and sweet pepper. And we’ve got some bread and Miranda got cheese and I’ve got some vegan pate.

We are back from having dinner together. After the picknick we went to a shop and then back home chilling on my balcony. Then we drink something in the centre of Bussum but everything was almost closed.
Because at 6pm we had to go from the terrace and we had a reservation at 6.30 in the restaurant but we could go there earlier so that was nice.
We are going to see if we are going to watch a movie, a serie or a documentary or play a game we are not sure yet.
We played a game. And nobody wins, but it was nice. Tomorrow we are going to have a nice Brunch and then we will see what we are going to do. Maybe chilling, maybe walking maybe swimming we will see.
Good morning it is 8.30 and Miranda is still sleeping but I’m already awake now.
So today is the last day that I’m making a video for this week, and I hope it will be online on Monday so I’m going to try to do my best.
So we are going to have a nice brunch. We have so much food like rosins, fruit, bread, oatmeal, soy yogurt and so many more. And you hear Paul Simon on the background I really love that music.
So I just brought Miranda to the station and Brought the bicycle from my sister back to her. And then I ran 2 km. But it was really tough because I was wearing the wrong bra and I was tired of this weekend.
