TALKING About Water Retention How Dry Fasting 12-24 hrs Can Help

am talking about a whole lot of things
no I’m just joking
but today is a very important video it’s
talking about water attention something
that men in women deal with on a regular
basis especially when you’re on a weight
loss journey and you’re on an eating
program or a diet or regimen or whatever
you call what you’re currently on for
weight loss when you have like a cheat
meal and in some cases like myself I
juice when you have a refeed meal which
is solid foods
whatever sugars processed or process
salts that are in that food will
automatically have you retaining water
and I’ve noticed this from the past when
I had refeeds that I would retain water
and I almost was looking forward to that
refeed meal but I was dreading the water
retention that the scale was gonna show
the next morning but there’s something
that you guys need to be aware that I
just in the last 12 months while all my
journey have discovered it’s my
breakthrough maybe a lot of other people
already do this already so this is
probably nothing new that I’m saying to
you but if you haven’t known this I want
to share this with you guys
but I have discovered in the last week
and a half and this is like basically
the twelve month of my weight loss
journey that people who are using water
pills or getting medications from the
doctors for water pills or diuretics
that are over-the-counter and all that
foolishness people telling you to drink
water with lime or lemon the more you
drink scenario the more waters
come out of your system and I have just
came to the conclusion of we’re dry
fasting fits in my lifestyle and how
it’s gonna work for your water retention
so that when you have your cheat meals
or when you say doing keto or maybe a
high carb diet when you have those diet
foods cause you to have water retention
this is what you can do all natural to
balance the body out and have the right
ratio of water in your system and not
anything extra
which would be consider as water
retention and it’s not healthy
especially for the kidneys that have
extra water that’s not needed still in
the system and what I suggest that you
do as a natural diuretic I hope you guys
take key to what I’m trying to say to
you is dry fast for 12 to 24 hours not
going over 24 hours 24 hours is the
longest I do suggest a person dry fast
I’m not a doctor or nutritionist you can
consult your doctor before starting any
advice or plan that I give you what
anybody else gives you but I’m telling
you this in my own opinion if you dry
fast because it depends on how much
water you retain from that meal that you
ate or binge that you ate 12 to 24 hours
you give your body time to just relax
that means no food no water if you have
to take your medications and your
supplements you use a very small little
container like a medicine container like
when you take a night will those little
click caps capsules that are that small
just to put little small amounts of
water so you can take your medications
that you might have to take for your
health or your supplements or if it’s
just supplements that you need to take
you can take it after the 24 hour period
because when you do a 24 hour drive fast
to balance out the fluids in your body
when you have water retention you do eat
or drink or whatever you choose to do
after the 12 or 24 hour period is up
you’re not depriving yourself of food
because once the 24 hour period is up
you can go back to eating but I’m trying
to suggest to you guys steady using
things that are not good for you
as a diuretic use dry fasting as a tool
not for weight loss but to shed away the
water attention that you have in the
body naturally between 12 and 24 hours I
usually do 24 hours to make sure all of
the water is out of my system and by the
24 hour period
I’m not dehydrated and I’m I’m balanced
again all the electrolytes in the fluids
that need to be in my body and that are
meant to be in my body are there and the
and the extra fluid that my body’s
holding on to is is gone and that’s how
you can get your true weight and that’s
how you can also have a clear
understanding that when you do a treat
meal save you 150 pounds when you get on
a skill the next day if you’re 155 you
did not gain five pounds in one day
that’s water retention in order to
regulate your fluids in your body I
suggest doing a 24-hour dry fast
twelve to twenty-four hour drive fast
and guarantee it’ll get you back on
track and you will start to you know
once you go back on to your regiment
whatever you’re doing to lose weight you
will start to see the the pounds melting
off I’m not saying do this dry fast 12
to 24 hours because it’s a for weight
loss but it’s so that you have a clear
understanding that this is water and

you do a dry fast 24 hours later you’re
five pounds down that’s the actual size
