EASY VEGAN MEALS IN UNDER    5 MINUTES ! ♡



hey guys welcome back to my channel
before i start i just wanna adress
dress a quick message to French people that follow

well im gonna talk in French now cause
that was a little bit weird !
so today
i have three easy healthy and quick
meals that u can make under five minutes
im pretty sure of that.. these are meals that i
usually make myself when I’m really busy
and I don’t really notice that im getting
hungry and then like in a second i get
so hungry and I want to eat food like
right away
also all the recipes i’m going to show
you can make them for your lunch box you
can even make them in the morning.
it can be a bit hard if you have prepacked food
in your kitchen because that is
obviously like the easiest way to eat
food but you still can eat healthy and
prepping something under five minutes and
that’s what I’m going to show you today!
so the first recipe is a savory
oatmeal and for that you will need
3/4cup of oats, some spice mix,
a tsp of chiaseeds and then mix that
well together then add frozen vegetables i
add mushrooms and capsicum then add
water tamari, herbs and a little bit of
plant-based milk of your choice. then
bring that to a boil and then reduce the
heat and start stirring everything
together
I really like my oatmeal thick and
creamy but feel free to add more water
if you want. then I just put everything
in a bowl and I add some fresh veggies
on top so I just add tomato
spinach, some leftover tofu that I had
some hummus and some seeds.
now this one is one of my favorite toast
combination i make sure to use fresh
bread from the bakery because usually
doesn’t have any preservatives and then
for this recipe all you need to do is
rinse your chickpeas and that’s it! then
take as many pieces of bread you want
and starts spreading some hummus on top
this one is green because it’s split peas
hummus and then add some spinach or any other
greens then I add some mint or basil is
also really good, some avocado and
and then just start too mash that on
your toast and more avo because
you can never have enough of avocado!
and then add chickpeas and really you can
stuff it like it doesn’t look like it’s
going to hold on the bread but trust me
it will and it’s going to be super fluffy
and yummy!
then i’ve added some pepper and some salt, chili is
also a really good option and some sesame seeds.
for quick salad i like to use tabouli
because it cooks in 2minutes sharp and
that’s the quickest cooking cereal I know. basically i
put the same amount of couscous and water
and salt and then I cook it for a minute
in the microwave and then I take it out
and fluf it and I put it again for a minute in the
microwave and I fluff it out again.
while the tabouli is getting colder i chop
my veggies and pretty much any veggies
but mint does really make a
difference in that salad. and i’m just
adding everything together with a
tablespoon cumin and a homemade
dressing that i’m going to put the
recipe for in the description box below.
and I top everything with avocado and
yep, this is a really good and filing salad!
