I’m going to try fasting for 5 days.
The reason is… There is no reason.
I have more time at home,
I had a stomachache last time, so I starved for a day

that fasting for 5 days is good for your health

Today is the third day.
Day 3
I should been stay home but I’m out again.
I woke up early in the morning today.
The reason I got up early
Because I was hungry, I woke up at 7 in the morning.
Normally, I sleep until 9,10
My eyes opened because I was hungry.

My lips are dry and my dizziness is getting worse.
But it’s been already two days and half

I wasn’t hungry.

I realized how happy it is
to have something to eat
So after the last 24 hours tomorrow

Pros and cons/uncomfortable of 5 days of fasting.
So I start with Pros
first, weight loss
As you watched in the video,
I’ve lost 3 kilo or 4 kilo.
If you thinking control your weight for a short period time. I think this fasting is okay.
Bathroom problems.
This can be different for each person.
I was annoyed to go the bathroom often.
You know,
I didn’t had to go So that’s why liked it
Third is picking the menu
this won’t be problem If you’re single
but If you’re in relationships you would get what I’m talking about
You’ll find hard time pick what to eat.
‘What you want?’ then have an argument
Do you want this or that?
And eventually fight
I wouldn’t eat.
So You can’t even start the fight.
I liked that part
And cut food costs
I don’t eat, so no cost out.
I only drunk water
5 days? okay
but 20 days seems to be difficult
Saving about 5 days is enough,
I thought It has a merit
And lastly
Health reset
I have never been fasting all my life.
Once I did this
There was a history that experts say

In the gathering society before we came to civilized society,

Cons and uncomfortable

The third is dizziness.

I feel like I have a red light in my health

So I think it’s not good for socialize.
