Welcome, my name is Ben.
Today I cook a typical Italian minestrone.
Let’s get started.
First I put some olive oil in a saucepan.
Then I cut a carrot.
Halve first, then slice and
then cut into cubes.
I put the carrot in the pot.
Then I cut the celery.
The celery is very important for the soup,
because it has a very intense taste.
I also cut the celery into cubes.
I add him to it.
I simmer for 3-4 minutes.
Then I chop the capers.
Capers make this soup very spicy.
Then I add tomato paste.
Smells very good.
I quench with vegetable broth.
I let the whole thing boil up once.
Then I let the minestrone simmer gently for 10 minutes.
Now I give white beans
and wholemeal spelled noodles.
I season with salt and
black pepper from the mill.
The noodles only need about 5 minutes.
Now I cut the zucchini.
I quarter them and then I cut them into slices.
I cut the tomato into small cubes.
I put the zucchini in the pot.
The zucchini only takes about 1 min.
Then I add the tomato.
A little lemon juice should not be missing.
Now I’m going to give yeast flakes
Yacon syrup and
Tamari on top of that.
Quite simply, the Minestrone is almost done.
Now I need a lot of basil.
Now the minestrone is no longer allowed to cook,
otherwise the basil loses its color.
Now I add thyme.
Now I can do it!
Smells so good!
I can try.
Hmm, that’s a typical Italian minestrone!
Where’s my beard
