hello everyone
over here we are picking out the raspberries for the cake
the cake that we will make does have
nuts, no gluten
dairy free or any animal products
lets see how we will make it

the first thing we will do is
make the chocolate whipping cream for the cake
we will get
coconut cream
there are other cans that are called coconut milk and we shouldnt get that
we will get coconut cream because its heavier than the coconut milk
if we dont find coconut cream and we find coconut milk
if we had to we could get coconut milk
but it would take more time on the gas
and we will keep it in the fridge
its better to to the coconut milk upside down in the fridge
because when i open it ill find the water on the top
so ill remove the water on the top and leave the cream

i kept it in the fridge for two days the least we can keep it in
is for 24 hours and over here all the water is at the top
and the cream is over here at the bottom

ill throw away the water and ill use
the cream

3 cans of coconut cream
with half a cup of cacao butter

if its not available the cacao butter
we will add half a cup of coconut oil
and we will add
from half a cup tp a cup of quarter
coconut sugar

we can add however much we want
we will now put it on the gas
and we will mix it till its all fully dissolved
and we will keep it in the gas while mixing it
until the texture is heavy or fully mixed together
i let it sit in the fridge for about 4 hours
then i took it out and added a big spoon of
tapioca starch and small spoon of
agar powderor gelatin vegan
then ill boil it on the gas till the texture is heavy
then i will keep it for the fridge for about 6 hours
and then take it out of the fridge and start whipping it
and again return it to the fridge
until the next day for it to cool down
so that its all together

thats the ending for the whipping cream
that we will add as a frosting to the cake
now lets see
how we will be making the cake
and now with the ingredients
a cup and a quarter of
rice flour
half a cup of coconut flour

1 large spoon of baking powder
and small spoon of baking soda
a cup and a quarter of coconut sugar
pumpkin, i cooked it in the oven then i mashed it
we will add from it a cup and a quarter

apple puree 2 small apples i peeled them off
i boiled it then blended them
2 large spoons of cacao
a cup of coconut milk
a large spoon of any type of vinegar
instead of using the egg yolk we can use chia seeds
blended it smoothly
ill take from it one large spoon and a half
instead of using egg white
we can use half a cup of chickpeas water
and a small spoon of vanilla
quarter cup of coconut oil
first i will add my wet ingredients
first i will add the chickpeas water instead of adding the egg whites
and add the chia seeds
instead of the egg yolk
and mix them well

a cup of coconut milk
and a spoon of vinegar
the use of the vinegar is to give a rich taste to the milk
and density
so that the cake is raised

we will add in the apple puree

and we will add the pumpkin
and the vanilla
and the coconut sugar
if we dont have the coconut sugar we can add
brown sugar
or any other type of sugar
i tasted it and i felt like the sugar wasnt enough
so i will add 2 large spoons of maple syrup
now we finished the wet ingredients
and now we will be putting together the dry ingredients
i will add the baking powder and baking soda
and i wil add the coconut flour
and the cacao and mix them so well

now i will add the dry ingredients to the wet ingredients

2 spoons at a time and mix them will till its all cooperated
over here i added half of the dry ingredients
to the wet ingredients
after i added half of the dry ingredients ill leave it
for about 5 mins to absorb well
and then
i will add to it coconut oil
and then mix it well
and then add the other half of the dry ingredients
this step must be included because this isnt white flour
its rice flour
so that its soft not dry

oven pan
grased with oil and with coconut flour
and at the bottom is added with parchment paper
i will add the cake mix into it

its important when i add the cake mix into the pan
i dont press too hard
so that the air doesnt escape
so its best to do it slow
i will add it to the oven first 5 mins of hot heat
and then ill put the gas on a low heat
so that its cooked well it would take about 40 mins in the oven
last 5 mins ill open the heat from the top
so that it gets heated abit from the top then close the oven and take it out
ill take it out for 15 mins to cool down
and cover it with a towel so that it doesnt get dried
when its fully cooled i will take it out
and decorate it
this will be enough for about 12 people
and the taste is amazing
